Sammy Omollo (born 30 May 1970) is a former Kenya international football defender who played for clubs in Kenya and India. He has managed clubs in the Kenyan Premier League.

Born in Kenya, Omollo began playing football in the local league, making his Kenyan Premier League debut for Kenya Breweries F.C. in 1990. In 1992, he joined rivals Gor Mahia F.C. for two seasons before returning to Kenya Breweries. Omollo helped Kenya Breweries reach the final of the 1994 African Cup Winners' Cup.[1]
Omollo would sign a professional contract with Indian side East Bengal FC in 1996. After two seasons in India, he moved to Mohun Bagan A.C. for another three seasons.[2]
Omollo made several appearances for the Kenya national football team, including five FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. He played for Kenya at the 1992 African Cup of Nations[3] finals.
After he retired from playing, Omollo became a manager and led Mahakama to the Kenyan Premier League. He was appointed manager of Tusker F.C. in late 2010.[1]
